Job Description

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Your main duties will include overseeing client accounts, addressing inquiries and concerns, and serving as the main point of contact between the company and its clients. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively understand and meet the needs of clients. Additionally, you will be expected to provide product or service information, resolve issues in a timely manner, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to clients. The ideal candidate will have a customer-oriented approach, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

  • Creating and delivering presentations to clients to showcase new offerings.
  • Keeping track of market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Managing client contracts and agreements.
  • Generating regular reports on client accounts and activities for management review.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
