Client Relations Officer


Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Track and report on client feedback and satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience in client relations or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to travel as needed
