Requirements

Responsible for all engineering work in new projects and daily maintenance

Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, project cost control, and a solid understanding of the shopping mall business and UAE shopping mall rules and regulations. New Outlets:

Monitor project timelines and track task completion to ensure schedules are met.

Facilitate cross-departmental coordination between Project, Admin, Procurement, Logistics, Store, IT and Finance etc.

Coordinate and manage the contractors to ensure the timely delivery of the unit handover.

Collaborate with the procurement team to resolve purchasing issues promptly.

Prepare and submit regular project status reports to project manager and Management.

Maintain accurate records of all project-related documentation (contracts, Legal documents, Quotations, Purchase orders, Communication logs).

Monitors the projects daily. Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Conducts regular site visits and generates reports including civil, architectural and MEP internal inspections.

Assists on operations on pre-opening and contractors on closing out the projects Existing Outlets:

Create maintenance plans for shop equipment, devices, shelves, and other assets, and follow up on them in a timely manner.

Managing both minor and major renovation projects.

Coordinate with the operations department to ensure the damaged equipment in the shop is repaired on time.

Qualification:

Experience: 4-10years of proven on-site fit-out construction management experience.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil, Architecture, Interior design, project management or a related field.

Hands-on experience in MS Office and basic AutoCAD.

Holding a valid driving license.
