Civil Engineer

We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to manage and oversee construction projects across the UAE. The role includes planning, designing, and supervising infrastructure and building works while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and experience with local engineering practices and approvals.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.

• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.

• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

• Estimate project costs and assist in preparing budgets and procurement plans.

• Resolve design and construction issues promptly to avoid project delays.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status and site activities.

• Oversee material testing, quality control, and approval of construction methods.

• Support the handover process and closeout documentation upon project completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects in UAE.

• Strong knowledge of local construction standards, codes, and permitting processes.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software applications.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities on-site.

• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel to multiple project locations.

• Strong communication skills for coordination with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
