• Feasibility Studies: Assess project feasibility, including cost, environmental impact, and technical requirements.
• Compliance: Ensure projects meet legal and safety regulations, as well as environmental standards.

   Project Management

  • Budgeting: Prepare cost estimates and monitor expenses to stay within budget.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Team Coordination: Work with architects, contractors, and other engineers to align project goals.

    Construction Supervision

    • Site Inspections: Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications.
    • Quality Control: Oversee materials and workmanship to ensure high standards.
    • Problem-Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction.

       Maintenance and Repairs

      • Infrastructure Assessment: Evaluate existing structures for wear, damage, or compliance with updated standards.
      • Rehabilitation Projects: Plan and oversee the repair or upgrading of aging infrastructure.
