Cinematographer

As a Cinematographer, you will be responsible for capturing visually stunning and compelling images that bring a director's vision to life on screen. Using your expertise in lighting, composition, and camera techniques, you will work closely with the director to determine the visual style of the film or project. Your keen eye for detail and creativity will be essential in conveying the mood and tone of each scene through the use of different camera angles, movements, and framing. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the director to understand their vision and requirements for the film or project.
• Select and set up appropriate cameras, lenses, and other equipment for each scene.
• Create and execute the lighting design to enhance the mood and atmosphere of each shot.
• Work closely with the camera crew and other departments to ensure shots are captured as planned.
• Frame and compose shots effectively to convey the desired emotion or message.
• Maintain a consistent visual style throughout the film or project.
• Monitor and adjust camera settings during filming to achieve the desired look.
• Manage the camera team and delegate tasks as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in cinematography.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Cinematography, or related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work as a Cinematographer
• Proficiency in using professional camera equipment, lighting, and editing software
• Excellent understanding of composition, lighting techniques, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with directors and other crew members
