Job Description
The Chief Technical Officer (CTO) is responsible for overseeing the technical operations and strategies within an organization. They provide technical leadership, guide product development, and ensure the effective use of technology to support business goals. The CTO collaborates with other executives and stakeholders to drive innovation, improve operational efficiencies, and identify new opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization's technical vision and strategy.
- Lead and manage the technical team, including recruiting, training, and performance management.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of technology infrastructure, systems, and applications.

- Prepare and manage the technology budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in technical leadership roles, with a strong track record of implementing successful technology strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of software development, infrastructure management, and emerging technologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology with business objectives.
