Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the financial strategy, planning, and operations of the organization, ensuring the company’s financial health and alignment with business objectives. This executive role involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, compliance, investment planning, and risk management. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to drive growth and optimize profitability in accordance with UAE financial regulations and global best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the development of financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support business goals.

• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across departments.

• Overseeing financial reporting, audits, tax planning, and regulatory compliance.

• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and board based on financial analysis and projections.

• Managing relationships with banks, investors, and external stakeholders.

• Monitoring cash flow, asset management, and investment performance.

• Identifying and mitigating financial risks, ensuring strong internal controls.

• Leading and mentoring the finance team to drive operational excellence and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior executive role.

• Proven expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, and risk management.

• In-depth knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, and corporate tax.

• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in ERP systems and advanced financial software.

• Ability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining strategic focus.
