Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Chef to join our team at Panther Cafe in Dubai. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation

Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and plating

Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery

Develop new menu items and recipes to enhance the dining experience

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant or cafe

Culinary degree or equivalent experience

Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of various cuisines

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
