As a Catering Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving catering sales and revenue growth for our company. Your main duties will include identifying and prospecting potential clients, developing strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting our catering services to maximize sales opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive catering sales growth.
  • Create customized catering proposals and presentations based on client needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with catering team to ensure successful event execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends in the catering industry.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients while maximizing revenue and profit margins.
  • Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to remain competitive in the market.
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote catering services and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in catering sales or event planning, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
