Job Description: Call Centre Sales (Native Arabic Speaker)

We are looking for someone to join our Call Centre Sales team, to provide outstanding service and support in placing all-female domestic workers for our clients in the UAE. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to facilitate successful placements while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Offer a professional, well-presented, and energetic service in person, over the phone or online
• Highly motivated individual with expert sales and persuasion skills.
• Deliver a high level of customer service, displaying excellent language skills in English written and oral CEFR Level B2 or above IELTS 6 or above.
• Ensure that a high level of quality standard and attention to detail is applied throughout.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the sale is completed and customer satisfaction is met throughout the transaction.
• Display exceptional product and service knowledge, taking pride in the company you always work for and our product and service.
• Work within clearly outlined KPI’s and targets.
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new customers.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic (native speaker) is a must.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Prior experience in a call centre or sales role is preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction from supervisors.
