As a Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals who reach out to the call center. Your main duties will include answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders. You will need to maintain a high level of professionalism and patience while dealing with a variety of customer concerns. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. Additionally, you will be expected to accurately document all customer interactions and follow up as needed. Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and customer-centric manner.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
  • Provide product and service information to customers and suggest recommendations.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics or challenging customers.
  • Meet key performance indicators such as call handling metrics, customer satisfaction levels, and quality targets.
  • Work as part of a team and contribute positively to achieving team and organizational goals.
