Job Title: Call Center Sales Executive (Inbound Sales & Lead Management)


We are seeking a Call Center Sales Executive to handle inbound sales inquiries, manage leads from our CRM and website, and engage with potential customers via WhatsApp Business. This role is strictly focused on inbound leads—there is NO cold calling or blind outreach. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in customer engagement, lead conversion, and sales follow-ups while ensuring an excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Lead Handling & Sales Conversion:

  • Manage inbound sales calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Convert incoming leads from the company website, CRM, and WhatsApp Business Account into sales.
  • Provide accurate information about our services and address customer concerns to encourage conversions.

Lead Management & Follow-ups:

  • Track, follow up, and nurture inbound leads until successful closure.
  • Maintain proper documentation and updates on leads in the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely responses to WhatsApp Business inquiries and engage with potential clients effectively.

Sales Performance & Customer Engagement:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead conversion strategies.
  • Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead management processes.
  • Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates, sales performance, and customer feedback.
  • Follow company sales policies and maintain compliance with data privacy regulations.



Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in inbound call center sales, telesales, or customer service.
Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in lead conversion.
  • Excellent communication skills (English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to handle WhatsApp Business leads and CRM-based lead tracking.
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
    Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
    Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, WhatsApp Business, and sales tracking tools.
    Work Ethic: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
