Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused call center representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or sales-related activities.
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service.
  • Meet performance targets related to call handling, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
