Business Teacher

The Business Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive business education to students, covering a range of topics such as economics, finance, marketing, and management. The role involves developing lesson plans, preparing educational materials, and fostering a positive and interactive learning environment. This position requires a deep understanding of business concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students in line with UAE educational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and delivering lessons on business-related topics, including economics, business law, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship.

• Creating and maintaining course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and exams, to ensure alignment with the curriculum and educational objectives.

• Assessing student progress through regular tests, assignments, and class participation, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

• Encouraging student engagement through discussions, case studies, and real-world applications of business concepts.

• Managing classroom behavior and creating an inclusive environment that promotes active learning and critical thinking.

• Collaborating with other faculty members to ensure consistency in teaching methods and subject matter.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in business and education, incorporating relevant changes into the curriculum.

• Maintaining records of student performance, attendance, and behavior in accordance with school policies and UAE educational guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree or teaching certification is an advantage.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience, preferably in business education at the secondary or higher education level.

• Strong knowledge of business principles, economic theories, and current trends in the business world.

• Familiarity with UAE education standards and curricula, with a focus on business education.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
