Business Setup Consultants

We are looking for dynamic and knowledgeable Business Setup Consultants to assist clients in establishing their businesses across various jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of company formation processes, legal requirements, and licensing procedures, particularly in free zones, mainland, and offshore setups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the complete business setup process including documentation, licensing, visa services, and legal compliance.

• Provide expert advice on company structures, jurisdiction options, and operational requirements.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government regulations, business licensing updates, and industry changes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering excellent service and ongoing support.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities to ensure a smooth setup process.

• Assist with renewals, amendments, and PRO services as required.

• Achieve monthly targets related to client acquisition and revenue generation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in business setup or corporate services in the UAE or GCC.

• Strong knowledge of free zones, mainland, and offshore company formation.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.

• Proactive, client-focused, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.

• Valid UAE driver’s license preferred.
