Responsibilities

• Assessing clients' business requirements and advising on the most suitable business setup options.
• Guiding clients through the legal and regulatory requirements for establishing a business entity.
• Providing recommendations on the appropriate business structures, such as sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation.
• Assisting in the preparation and filing of necessary documentation for company registration and licensing.
• Conducting market research and feasibility studies to support clients in making informed decisions.
• Developing business plans, financial projections, and budgeting to support clients' business setup process.
• Liaising with government authorities, banks, and other relevant stakeholders on behalf of clients.
• Offering strategic advice on business development, growth opportunities, and risk assessment.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, changes in regulations, and market conditions to provide updated guidance to clients.
• Collaborating with internal teams, such as legal, finance, and marketing, to deliver comprehensive business setup solutions to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Experience in business consultation or advisory role preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulations and procedures for business setup
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record of helping businesses with successful setup and expansion
