Job Description

The Business Setup Advisor Manager is responsible for leading a team of advisors to assist entrepreneurs and businesses in establishing their operations in free zones, mainland, or offshore jurisdictions. This role involves strategic planning, business consulting, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of company formation, licensing, and government regulations while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a team of business setup advisors, ensuring efficient service delivery.

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on company formation, trade licenses, and legal structures.

  • Develop business strategies to attract potential clients and expand market reach.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local laws, regulations, and free zone authorities’ policies.

  • Coordinate with government entities, legal firms, and financial institutions for smooth business registration.

  • Analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions for business setup.

  • Monitor market trends and competition to enhance service offerings.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory frameworks.

  • Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and customer service skills.

  • Handle escalated client concerns and provide timely resolutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business setup consultancy or company formation services.

  • Strong understanding of UAE business laws, free zones, and mainland company structures.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex business setup challenges.

  • Familiarity with PRO services, visa processing, and business licensing procedures.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
