Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and strategic business relationship manager to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners. This role requires a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, market trends, and client needs to drive long-term business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to identify opportunities, manage partnerships, and enhance customer satisfaction. This position plays a crucial role in strengthening client loyalty and ensuring the seamless execution of business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders

  • identify business opportunities and drive growth by aligning company services with client needs

  • analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to enhance business strategies

  • collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experiences and address concerns proactively

  • negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships to maximize business value

  • oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution

  • create and deliver reports on business performance, relationship status, and future opportunities

  • participate in networking events, industry conferences, and meetings to expand business connections

  • work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment with client expectations

  • monitor and evaluate business relationships to enhance long-term profitability and retention


Requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

  • minimum 3-5 years of experience in business relationship management, sales, or account management

  • strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

  • proven track record in building and maintaining successful business relationships

  • ability to analyze data and make strategic business recommendations

  • experience working with CRM software and business development tools

  • excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • willingness to travel for client meetings and business events
