Location: India (Multiple), Dubai (UAE) and New Jersey (USA)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive/Manager to lead our business development efforts in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence within the pharmaceutical industry. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulations.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector

• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, including new markets, products, and partnerships

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), and regulatory agencies

• Lead negotiations for contracts, partnerships, and licensing agreements to support business objectives

• Collaborate with internal teams, including production, quality control, and regulatory affairs, to develop customized solutions for clients

• Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, including setting targets, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.


Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred) years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building strategic partnerships

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, products, and regulations

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
