Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

Build and maintain relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the industry.

Collaborate with the design team to tailor proposals and presentations that meet the client's needs and expectations.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

Provide strategic input to marketing initiatives and campaigns to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation.

Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management, ensuring consistent revenue growth.


Requirements

Proven track record of success in business development within the interior design or real estate in UAE

Strong network of contacts within the architecture, real estate, and construction sectors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
