We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities and grow our customer base in the UAE. The role involves developing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and building lasting client relationships across key industries.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Prepare and present tailored proposals and sales presentations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the brand.
Track market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of market dynamics in the UAE.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE driving license is preferred.
