Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
Prepare and present business proposals, sales pitches, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Work closely with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and business strategies.
Track sales performance and provide reports to management on progress and key metrics.
Attend business meetings, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional networks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel for business meetings and industry events if required.
