Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving the growth of our company. They will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales to achieve our company’s targets. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of sales success and a strong understanding of the IT Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and competitor’s activities
• Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and actively participate in events and trade shows to promote our company’s brand and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create effective strategies to drive business growth
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Negotiate and close deals with clients while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
• Provide regular reports and updates on the sales performance and market trends to the management team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in business development or sales role, preferably in the IT Industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Valid UAE driver’s license
