We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and managing the sales process from start to finish. The Business Development Executive will research market trends, create business strategies, and pitch products or services to potential clients. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the industry. A degree in business or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
  • Participating in meetings with prospective clients to present company offerings and negotiate deals.

  • Conducting sales pitches and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to clients.
  • Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline to track progress and potential revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitors to identify potential business threats and opportunities.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
  • Providing regular reports and updates on business development progress to the management team.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record in sales and business development roles
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the industry
