Job Description
A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and creating business opportunities to promote company growth. They research and analyze market trends, build and maintain client relationships, and develop sales strategies. The business development executive also collaborates with internal teams to enhance product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential business opportunities and target markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competition.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with product development teams to enhance offerings based on market feedback.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
