Job Description
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities. This includes conducting market research, prospecting, and qualifying leads, developing and delivering sales presentations, and closing sales deals. The executive will also be responsible for building relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets.
- Prospect and qualify leads through various channels.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
