Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new clients for BIM support, Scan-to-BIM, and digital transformation services.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and consultants in the AEC industry.
• Promote FAB’s expertise in BIM strategy, BIM modeling, and reality capture solutions.
• Understand client needs and customize service offerings to add value.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure client expectations are met.
• Meet annual business development targets.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development within the AEC or digital construction sectors.
• Strong network of clients and partners in Dubai, UAE, and KSA is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with BIM processes, ISO 19650 standards, and reality capture technologies is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
