Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing data to identify business opportunities, enhance operational efficiency, and support decision-making processes. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop and document requirements, and recommend solutions. The Business Analyst will also assist in project management, testing, and implementation of new systems or processes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential in this role.

• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate potential solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide training and support to end users during system implementations or process changes.
