Job Description

The Branch Sales Officer at our bank plays a vital role in driving revenue growth and attracting new customers while also maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities include actively promoting and selling the bank's products and services, meeting sales targets, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of financial products and services, and the ability to analyze customer needs to provide tailored solutions. Additionally, the Branch Sales Officer will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and build lasting relationships with existing customers.
  • Promote and sell a variety of banking products and services to meet customers' financial needs.
  • Conduct initial financial assessment and recommend suitable banking solutions to customers.
  • Process customer account transactions accurately and efficiently in compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall branch sales goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers regarding their banking needs and offer guidance on financial products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements to maintain the integrity and security of customer information and transactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or banking is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services.
