Job Description

The role of Billing Executive in the Healthcare sector involves managing a variety of tasks related to billing and revenue cycle management. Responsibilities

  • Generate and process patient invoices and statements in a timely manner.
  • Review and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues with insurance companies.
  • Follow up on unpaid patient accounts and insurance claims to ensure timely payment.
  • Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of all billing transactions.
  • Assist patients with billing inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated on healthcare billing regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper billing procedures.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve billing processes.
  • Analyze billing data and generate reports for management review.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience in medical billing, insurance verification, or revenue cycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare billing systems and software.
  • Proficiency in billing processes for medical services, including ICD-10 and CPT coding.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
