Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Therapist to work with individuals facing behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges. The ideal candidate will design and implement therapy programs tailored to each client’s needs, helping them develop coping mechanisms and positive behavioral changes.

Responsibilities:

• assess patients’ emotional, behavioral, and cognitive challenges to develop personalized treatment plans
• provide therapy sessions for individuals, families, or groups to address behavioral concerns
• use evidence-based interventions such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or other therapeutic techniques
• collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to ensure a holistic treatment approach
• monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document case notes accordingly
• educate patients and their families on coping strategies and behavioral modification techniques
• conduct assessments and behavioral observations to track improvements and identify patterns
• stay updated with the latest research and best practices in behavioral therapy
• maintain a professional and ethical approach while working with sensitive cases
• provide training and guidance to caregivers, teachers, or support staff on behavioral intervention strategies

Requirements:

• bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field
• experience in behavioral therapy, mental health counseling, or psychological support
• strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and intervention plans
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse clients
• ability to maintain patient confidentiality and ethical treatment standards
• strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess patient progress
• ability to work in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
