Job Description
- Conducting high-energy barre classes that incorporate choreographed movements to music.
- Providing personalized attention and modifications to accommodate varying fitness levels and abilities.
- Motivating and encouraging class participants to achieve their fitness goals.
- Ensuring a safe and supportive environment by demonstrating proper technique and form.
- Continuously learning and developing your skills to deliver innovative and effective barre workouts.
- Collaborating with the fitness team to promote classes and engage with members.
- Certification as a Barre Instructor (e.g., through Barre Intensity, Barre Above, or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching barre or related fitness classes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others towards their fitness journey.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
- Availability to teach classes during peak hours, including evenings and weekends.
