Are you a passionate and skilled Barista looking for a new opportunity in a vibrant and growing cafe? Panther Cafe, located in the heart of Belgravia Heights I, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) - District 12 - Dubai, is seeking a talented Barista to join our team.

About Panther Cafe:

Panther Cafe is a neighborhood gem, known for its high-quality coffee, delicious treats, and welcoming atmosphere. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, brewed coffee, and specialty drinks, according to Panther Cafe standards.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the espresso machine, grinder, and surrounding area.

Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and answering their questions about our menu.

Take orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system.

Restock supplies as needed.

Follow all health and safety guidelines.

Be knowledgeable about our coffee beans and brewing methods.

Create latte art (preferred).

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Barista (minimum 1 year preferred).

Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work well in a team.

Excellent communication skills.

A passion for coffee!

Knowledge of latte art is a plus.
