A Bank Teller is responsible for conducting various financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service. Bank Tellers handle cash, process withdrawals and deposits, issue checks, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Accept deposits, verify cash and checks, and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Process cash withdrawals, disbursing money accurately and securely.
• Issue cashier's checks, money orders, and traveler's checks.
• Assist clients with account inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and addressing concerns.
• Promote additional banking services, such as credit cards, loans, and savings accounts.
• Maintain a neat and organized workstation while complying with security and confidentiality procedures.
• Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile transactions with the bank's records.
• Adhere to anti-money laundering and fraud prevention policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with current banking regulations, products, and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive banking experience.
