Job Description
The AVP - Engineering is responsible for overseeing the engineering department and ensuring the smooth operation of engineering activities. They lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring proper resource allocation and efficient workflow. The AVP is responsible for developing and implementing engineering plans, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. They must possess strong technical knowledge and be able to effectively lead a team.
Responsibilities

Requirements
