Automotive Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the automotive industry, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to develop effective strategies to increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

• develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
• lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to optimize performance
• monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• establish and maintain relationships with key customers and business partners
• oversee the sales process, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns
• track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management
• ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to meet demand
• provide training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills

Requirements:

• bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• proven experience in automotive sales management
• strong leadership and team management skills

• ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• knowledge of automotive market trends and customer preferences
• proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
• valid UAE driver’s license preferred
