Auditing Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Auditing Consultant to evaluate financial records, assess risks, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in internal and external audits, financial analysis, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial audits to assess compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate financial statements, records, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and analyze risks, inefficiencies, and potential fraud within financial and operational processes.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and compliance.
• Assist organizations in preparing for external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Develop and implement internal control systems to mitigate financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local financial regulations.
• Prepare audit reports and documentation summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with finance teams and management to address audit issues and ensure corrective actions.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws, financial regulations, and auditing best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in auditing, financial consulting, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and auditing principles.
• Experience with audit software and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide objective financial assessments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial data.
