Job Description
An Associate Solutions Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to the sales team, as well as clients, during the sales process. They work closely with the sales team to understand the customer's needs and requirements, and then design and present appropriate technical solutions. Additionally, they assist with product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase the company's technology capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer's technical requirements.
- Design and present solutions to clients based on their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for potential clients.
- Assist with technical documentation and sales presentations.
- Provide technical support and training to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any technical issues or challenges.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and technical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of various software and programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
