Job Description

The Associate Director of Enrollment plays a key role in leading and managing all aspects of the enrollment process at an educational institution or organization. This position involves overseeing the recruitment of students, implementing enrollment strategies, and working closely with admissions teams to ensure enrollment goals are met. The Associate Director of Enrollment will be responsible for analyzing enrollment trends, developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain students, and collaborating with various departments to enhance the overall enrollment experience. Additionally, this role involves managing enrollment budgets, supervising enrollment staff, and maintaining relationships with prospective students and their families. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of enrollment management practices in the education sector.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement enrollment strategies to meet recruitment targets.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the enrollment team.
  • Analyze enrollment data and trends to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the enrollment process.
  • Manage the enrollment budget and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials and campaigns to attract prospective students.

  • Represent the institution at recruitment events and conferences.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Education, Business, or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions/enrollment management within an educational institution.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and strategic planning in enrollment management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Education, Business, or Marketing.
