We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate in the Accounts Receivable department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections. Duties also include reconciling customer accounts, resolving billing discrepancies, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner. The successful candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, along with prior experience in accounts receivable or a related field. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing system
  • Generate and send out invoices to customers
  • Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments
  • Reconcile and resolve discrepancies in accounts
  • Follow up on outstanding payments
  • Prepare and analyze aging reports
  • Process credit memos and refunds
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Assist with month-end closing activities
  • Provide support for audits and compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
