Assistant Sales Manager

The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and supervising the daily activities of the sales team. This role involves assisting in the development of sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Operating within the UAE’s competitive market, the Assistant Sales Manager will coordinate with internal departments and contribute to meeting company sales objectives in accordance with local business regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales plans and strategies.

• Supporting the team in achieving sales targets through client acquisition, retention, and relationship building.

• Coordinating with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

• Monitoring sales team performance, preparing reports, and identifying areas for improvement.

• Handling client inquiries and resolving escalated issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Participating in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations as needed.

• Training and mentoring junior sales staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

• Staying updated on UAE market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting sales activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in the UAE.

• Strong understanding of sales techniques, CRM systems, and UAE customer behavior.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
