Job Description

As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the relationship management team to maintain and grow client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with client inquiries, preparing financial reports, conducting market research, and analyzing client data to identify opportunities for business development. You will collaborate with the Relationship Managers to create strategies for client engagement and retention. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of financial products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is typically required.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and developing client relationships.
  • Support the Relationship Manager in coordinating and executing client transactions.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests.
  • Prepare client account documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis to support client portfolio management.
  • Monitor market trends and communicate relevant information to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for client meetings.
  • Participate in client meetings and assist in documenting meeting outcomes and action items.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices to enhance client service delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service or relationship management preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
