We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Relationship Manager - Corporate. In this role, you will provide support to the Relationship Managers in managing and developing key client relationships within the corporate sector. Your responsibilities will include assisting in conducting financial analyses, preparing client proposals, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, have a solid understanding of corporate finance, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in relationship management or corporate banking is preferred. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is required. Responsibilities

  • Assist Relationship Managers in managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions and services.
  • Prepare financial proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.
  • Monitor client accounts and provide timely updates and responses to inquiries.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights to Relationship Managers.
  • Support in organizing client events, seminars, and marketing initiatives.
  • Help in the assessment of credit worthiness and risk analysis of corporate clients.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client interactions and transactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, preferably with relevant certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Previous experience in a corporate banking or financial services role is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and create insightful reports for clients.
