Assistant Marketing Manager - Middle East

We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Assistant Marketing Manager to join our expanding team in the Middle East. As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness, drive sales, and maintain strong relationships with our customers in the region.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans for the Middle East region.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for our products and services in the region.

- Assist in creating and managing the marketing budget for the Middle East.

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to reach target audiences.

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Help coordinate and execute marketing events and promotions in the Middle East.

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with sales strategies.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as media outlets, partners, and influencers in the region.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Produce regular reports on marketing activities and their impact on sales and brand awareness.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Middle East.

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

- Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.

- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
