Assistant Lift Engineer ( Installation)

As an Assistant Lift Engineer (Installation), you will be responsible for supporting the installation of elevator systems in various residential and commercial buildings. Your duties will include assisting senior engineers in the installation, assembly, and testing of elevator components, ensuring all work is carried out according to safety regulations and industry standards. Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of new and existing lift systems.
• Provide support to the senior lift engineers during installation projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct inspections and testing of lift components to identify any issues or defects that may affect performance.
• Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing lift system malfunctions, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of installation projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documenting service reports and maintenance schedules.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on new lift industry standards and technology.
• Assist in training junior technicians and apprentices on lift installation best practices and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients and building owners to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Previous experience working in installation or maintenance of elevators preferred.
• Certification or training in elevator technology or lift engineering.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of safety regulations related to lift installations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
