Job Description: Architect 

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional female Architect with expertise in architectural design, detailing, and 3D modeling for both internal and external spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, exceptional technical knowledge, and a passion for delivering high-quality, innovative, and functional architectural solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with a dynamic team of architects, designers, and engineers to bring projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Lead the design process for a variety of projects, ranging from residential to commercial, ensuring innovative, aesthetic, and functional solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Detailing: Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and other essential documentation to guide the construction phase.
• 3D Modeling: Utilize 3D modeling software (e.g., 3DMax ,Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or AutoCAD) to create detailed visual representations of both internal and external spaces. Ensure that all designs are visually compelling and practical for construction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine and optimize designs, addressing technical challenges and integrating feedback efficiently.
• Project Management Support: Assist in coordinating the project's design process, including managing timelines, budget estimates, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth execution.
• Sustainability: Implement sustainable design principles to reduce environmental impact, ensuring projects align with green building standards and practices where applicable.
• Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations, as well as safety standards.
• Client Interaction: Present design concepts and progress updates to clients, responding to their feedback and ensuring their needs are met throughout the design process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in architectural design, detailing, and 3D visualization, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and other relevant tools).
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and design principles.
• Experience in both interior and exterior design, with a focus on creating cohesive and functional spaces.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality design solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
