Architect And Interior Designer

As an Architect and Interior Designer, you will work closely with clients to understand their vision, create design plans and layouts, and oversee the implementation of the final design. You will be responsible for providing creative and functional design solutions that exceed client expectations and uphold the high standards of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design objectives, budget, and timeline

- Create detailed design plans, including layout, color schemes, materials, and finishes

- Utilize software and hand-drawing techniques to develop 2D and 3D models of projects

- Oversee the selection and procurement of materials and furnishings

- Work with contractors and vendors to ensure the smooth implementation of design plans

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design plans are being executed correctly

- Provide regular updates and communication to clients throughout the design process

- Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts

- Manage multiple projects at a time and ensure all deadlines are met

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architecture and interior design

- Proven experience in creating innovative and functional design solutions for both residential and commercial projects

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong project management and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards

- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques

- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
