Responsibilities

  • Conduct testing and quality assurance checks on applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document support processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for reference.
  • Train end users on how to use applications effectively.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and backups.
  • Identify opportunities for improving application functionality and user experience.
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Follow best practices for security and data protection in application support activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience working in application support or a similar technical role.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and application troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certification in relevant technologies or platforms is a plus.
