Application Analyst

The Application Analyst is responsible for managing and supporting various software applications used within the organization. This includes analyzing user requirements, configuring and customizing applications, providing end-user support, and troubleshooting issues. The Analyst will also collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure the effective utilization of application systems to support business operations. Additionally, the Analyst will participate in the implementation of new applications and the integration of existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and translate them into application solutions.
• Configure and customize software applications to meet business needs.
• Provide end-user support and training on application functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, liaising with technical support teams as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure application systems support business operations.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, identifying and implementing enhancements.
• Participate in the implementation of new applications and the integration of existing systems.
• Develop and maintain application documentation, including user manuals and support materials.
• Stay updated with changes in application technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Support other IT-related activities as required.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in application support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software applications and their functionalities.
• Proficient in application configuration and customization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
